There is a queen leather sleeper sofa and matching leather love seat. Sit at the inside bar near the patio balcony doors and enjoy the ocean sitting close up inside, or from the balcony view the Strand and beach. There is a television, VCR and movie tapes, a radio, a cassette player, reading material and games. In the winter turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up.
The beachfront condo living area faces west and to the ocean, the balcony is 32 feet from the sand. For your on the beach convenience there are various amenities just west of the condo.
