There is a queen sleeper sofa and various seating choices. View the ocean from inside, or from the balcony view The Strand and beach. There is a television, VCR/DVD and movie tapes, a radio, a cassette/CD player, reading material and games. In the winter turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up.
The beachfront condo living area faces west and to the ocean, the balcony is 32 feet from the sand. For your on the beach convenience there are various amenities just west of the condo.
